What you would be doing
The Digital Marketing Intern will support the company’s overall Loyalty strategy and the
implementation of our marketing campaigns in our digital ecosystem. She/He will work closely with
the CRM & Loyalty specialist and Digital strategy & Growth manager. The core responsibility of this role
is to assist with cross-departmental coordination and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful
implementation, launch, and maintenance of the project, with a strong focus on the customer and
alignment with our brand strategy. This role will help manage the CRM platform, analyze customer
behavior, and contribute to building meaningful, long-term relationships with our customers.
Key responsibilities:
Your key functions would include:
Support Loyalty strategy to drive repeat business (70%)
• Contribute to the implementation and launch of the omnichannel Loyalty Club by ensuring
effective coordination among all stakeholders and maintaining a consistent customer
experience across all channels.
• Contribute to the implementation of acquisition campaigns for the Loyalty club and KFC
APP and support the execution of the Loyalty club visual identity and in line with our brand
strategy and tone of voice.
• Help to build tracking report on key performance indicators related to loyalty actions (e.g.,
database growth, opt-ins, visit frequency, segmentation trends).
• Assist in the daily management of the loyalty program to help increase customer value and
purchase frequency.
CRM (15%)
• Assist in implementing customer journeys related to the loyalty program
• Assist in scheduling and setting up email, SMS, push campaigns with our partners and tool
• Help draft briefs and content for the agency, and support in managing creative feedback
rounds
• Participate in reviewing and validating proofs (BATs) before sending
• Support the implementation of automated campaigns based on the customer lifecycle
(journeys)
• Help track and analyze campaign performance (KPIs) and contribute to identifying areas for
improvement
Content management (15%)
• Support effectively and on time the omnichannel implementation of our promotional calendar
in all our digital touchpoints, meet with deadlines ensuring to be as close as possible of a
100% correct implementation.
• Ensure omnichannel consistency of our menu management, digital communication in all our
digital touchpoints (kiosks, ecommerce and aggregators), which allows us to ensure a
homogeneous customer experience and increase customer familiarity with our brand.
• Ensure that all our creative content is customer centric and in line with our retail strategy to
ensure the maximum attractiveness’ of our campaigns/products.
Required Skills and Experience:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Digital.
▪ Minimum 6 months in a similar role (ideal)
▪ Familiarity and understands of analytics platforms (e.g. Online analytics, CRO, Google
analytics…)
▪ Professional use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point, Teams…)
▪ Ability to contribute your own ideas, innovative solutions, and process improvements.
▪ Ability to deal with confidential matters.
▪ Ability to communicate effectively.
▪ Huge motivation to learn.
▪ Proactivity and commitment.
▪ Open-minded.
▪ Spanish and fluent English
