Funciones 1)Optimize customer retention – Ensure that existing customers with the highest churn risk stay engaged and excited about GoStudent. 2)Consulting & support – Provide guidance to parents and students, address their needs, and ensure they get the most out of our learning solutions. 3)Handling objections & driving referrals – Confidently address objections, develop effective strategies, and actively encourage referrals. 4) Proactive communication & solution-finding – Reach out to customers proactively, identify challenges, and find empathetic and goal-oriented solutions.
Observaciones What will you bring: 1) Very good English skills (C1/C2) – You communicate confidently with English-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering. 2) Customer focus & empathy – You have a strong sense of customer needs and always find the right solution. 3) Strong communication skills – You are persuasive, listen actively, find solutions, and build lasting relationships. 4) Experience in customer support or account management (a plus but not mandatory to have) – You have experience working with customers and know how to keep them engaged long-term. 5) Experience with CRM systems (a plus but no mandatory to have) – If you have worked with CRM tools before, you are well prepared.
